Beaumont & Matthes, Inc., was formed in 1990 to provide quality real estate appraisal services to the Central Florida community.  The appraisal staff of Beaumont & Matthes, Inc., includes appraisers with various specialties in order to better serve the appraisal needs of our clients.  As appraisal theory and practice become more complex, specialization has become increasingly necessary.  Our firm prides itself on providing quality real estate appraisal services for the commercial and residential valuation needs of our clients.

Six of our appraisal associates have at least ten years appraisal experience in the Orlando area.  The four designated Members of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) specialize in a wide range of property types.  Specialties include industrial, hotel/motel, retail properties (small and mid-sized), apartments (large and small), subdivision analysis, eminent domain (condemnation) services, title disputes and site selection.

The strength of our firm lies in our size and experience, which allows a high level of responsive, personal service, yet offers diverse, specialty valuation services.  We never forget that we are in a service industry driven by the needs of our clients.

Our informal network of affiliated offices covers the entire state of Florida from Miami to Pensacola, and includes offices in North Carolina, Georgia and Alabama.  Appraisal assignments of regional dimension are handled quickly and efficiently.  Furthermore, as a service to our clients, if we can not handle your property appraisal services in a timely manner or at a reasonable cost, we will coordinate with other reputable firms (which specialize in your particular property type) to best meet your appraisal needs.
