Robert G. Beaumont, Jr., MAI, President, is the managing partner of Beaumont, Matthes & Church, Inc. Robert is a graduate of Stetson University and has over 25 years of appraisal experience in Central Florida, including a year with the Volusia County Property Appraiser's Office. Robert is an approved appraiser with most local banks and nearly all state and federal agencies. The primary appraisal service Robert provides is commercial appraisals for lenders and individual investors. Robert is a qualified expert witness and has testified in court on numerous occasions. Robert has the designation of Member of the Appraisal Institute and is a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (RZ 0000384). Robert is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and a Realtor.

Larry A. Church, MAI, SRA, Vice President, is a graduate of the University of Florida (Real Estate) and has over 40 years of appraisal experience in Florida.  Larry was a principal in Pardue, Heid, Church, Smith & Waller, Inc., manager of LandAmerica Valuation Corp. (Florida) and LandMark Valuation Group, LLC.  Currently Larry oversees commercial appraisal services in Central and other parts of Florida and residential appraisals in Central Florida.  Larry is a qualified expert witness and has testified in court on many occasions.  Larry is a Member of the Appraisal Institute, a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (RZ599) and a licensed Realtor.

Dieter Matthes, MAI, Ph.D., is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and has a Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh. Dieter spent most of his college career at the University of Miami, where he played wide receiver for the nationally recognized Miami Hurricanes. Involved in the real estate appraisal industry since 1987, Dieter is approved by all major lenders in Central Florida, as well as most smaller banks and mortgage brokers. Specializing in industrial and commercial office properties, Dieter has appraised every type of commercial property. Dieter performs both review and appraisal assignments. Dieter is a Member of the Appraisal Institute as well as a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (RZ 0001413).

Stephen W. King, MAI, is a native of Orlando and has a business administration degree, specializing in finance, from the University of Central Florida. Stephen has been appraising commercial properties in the Central Florida area for 17 years. Although he has appraised a wide range of commercial properties, including strip retail centers, retail buildings, professional office buildings, office parks, medical office buildings, office condominiums, apartment buildings, duplexes, quardaplexes and vacant land, he specializes in industrial, warehouse /office properties. Stephen is a member of the Appraisal Institute, is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (RZ 00020092), and a licensed Real Estate Salesman.

Laurie Bennet Linden,MAI, has over 24 years of experience in appraising most types of commercial and residential real estate in the Central Florida area. Laurie has also served as both a special master and as an alternate for Orange County tax appeals. She is a cum laude graduate of Stetson University, a member of the Appraisal Institute and a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (RZ0001581.)
